In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across a variety of commercial and residential construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment to complete installations and repairs Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to ensure compliance with safety codes and project specifications Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for pipe installation and system assembly Troubleshoot mechanical issues using technical knowledge of plumbing, schematics, and building systems Requirements Minimum of three years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber in construction settings Proven ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems, and pipe threading techniques Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe fitting machinery Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety protocols and building codes Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installation or repair tasks Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout work Valid commercial driver's license preferred for site travel or material transport purposes Additional handyman skills such as remodeling, maintenance work, or assembly are advantageous Join our team if you're ready to bring your plumbing expertise into exciting construction projects!
