Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Journeyman or Junior Plumber to join a fast-paced service team primarily focused on residential plumbing work with some light commercial service. This role is ideal for someone who is confident performing plumbing repairs while also communicating solutions and service options to customers. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, sales-minded, and able to work independently throughout Hillsborough County using a company-provided vehicle. Responsibilities Perform residential and light commercial plumbing service calls Diagnose plumbing issues and complete repairs/installations Present and sell service and repair options to customers Complete 2-3 service calls per day Maintain daily sales goals of approximately $1,000-$1,250 Operate safely and professionally in customer homes and businesses Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition

Days & Hours:

Pay:

$52,000 to $62,400 per year; depends on experience. Benefits are offered.
