Experienced Plumber

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial construction sites using hand tools and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation of piping and fixtures. Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks with precision to meet project specifications. Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor required for construction plumbing tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with other trades such as carpenters and HVAC technicians during remodeling or construction projects. Troubleshoot mechanical issues within plumbing systems and implement effective solutions promptly. Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed for project documentation. This job will have an on-call schedule both after hours and weekends on a rotating schedule. Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety standards. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings accurately. Knowledge of HVAC systems, schematics, and remodeling processes is a plus. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces for extended periods. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting purposes. Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site access or material transport. Handyman experience or background in assembly and remodeling projects is advantageous.
