Job Description
Overview SteadyFlow Plumbing Solutions, LLC is looking for an experienced Plumber to join our team. We are a third generation, family owned and operated company, serving Southwest Florida since 2017. We offer many plumbing services, including new construction, commercial, residential, service, and gas piping systems. Responsibilities Install gas systems according to code and to quality standards of the company Correctly read and interpret job site prints or use apps on tablet Provide direction, guidance, feedback, and invest in the training and development of all apprentices Organize and clean jobsite each day to maintain a professional appearance and to properly maintain and track materials Maintain attendance and punctuality to adhere to work schedule Ensure safety and quality of work standards Proper communication with all company employees, other trades, and project management. Complete all paperwork daily or use apps to meet any deadlines for documents Qualifications Motivated work ethic Clear verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate with a team Basic mathematical ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve 4 years of experience preferred Familiar with reading and understanding builder blueprints Reading and understanding gas isometric drawings Able to size natural gas or LP piping according to code Able to operate a press machine Able to assemble CSST piping Able to assemble galvanized pipe Connection of gas appliance, equipment Able to troubleshoot and test gas systems according to code and local municipalities Able to lift 50 lbs. Able to work off a ladder Clean driving record Able to perform a drop test or use a manometer on gas system to check for leaks As part of the employment process, all candidates for this position will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug screening. Refusal to participate in the drug screening will result in the withdrawal of the job offer.
