This is a short-term opportunity offering with potential for additional assignments competitive pay, weekly pay, and steady hours. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused plumbers experienced in rough-ins, fixture installation, water distribution systems, and blueprint interpretation.

Pay Scale Competitive Pay:

$24/hour DOE Weekly Pay Full-Time Opportunity Monday-Friday Schedule Short-term project opportunities with potential for additional assignments Duties Install PEX water supply systems in commercial, residential, and multi-family construction environments Measure, cut, bend, and install PEX piping according to project specifications and plumbing codes Perform rough-in plumbing and final fixture installation Install manifolds, valves, fittings, and water distribution systems Utilize crimp, clamp, or expansion PEX installation methods Read and interpret blueprints, plumbing schematics, and layouts Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper functionality Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work alongside supervisors, plumbers, and other skilled trades on active construction jobsites Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety policies at all times Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of plumbing experience Hands-on experience working with PEX piping systems Experience with commercial, residential, or multi-family plumbing projects Ability to read blueprints and plumbing layouts Familiarity with plumbing codes and installation standards Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite Strong communication and teamwork skills Required Tools & PPE Basic plumbing hand tools PEX crimping tools and cutters Measuring tape and pipe wrenches Drill and bits Hard hat Safety glasses Gloves Work boots Safety vest Basic plumbing hand tools If you are an experienced plumber with PEX expertise looking for your next opportunity in South Florida, apply today with Blue Steel Recruiting.
