• Experience with household/commercial, RV or marine plumbing systems (fresh, grey, and black water) 3 years
• Skilled at installing and repairing pumps, tanks, fixtures, and water systems
• Some electrical experience is a big plus (we highly value versatile team members)
• Proficient with pipe wrenches, crimpers, and standard plumbing tools
• Ability to design plumbing solutions, read plumbing diagrams and follow work orders
• Detail-oriented with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Physical stamina for hands-on work in a shop setting

DeLand, Florida Were a custom manufacturer and upfitter of Class B RVs, vans, box trucks, and specialty vehicles and were growing! If you love building high-quality plumbing systems from the ground up and want to work in a relaxed, hands-on shop environment, we'd love to have you on our team. Position Overview We're looking for an experienced Plumber to handle new plumbing installations for custom builds as well as service and repairs. This is a great opportunity for a plumber who also has some electrical background or is comfortable learning basic electrical tasks. You'll focus primarily on plumbing systems while having the opportunity to work across a variety of custom builds. Key Responsibilities

• Install and manufacture complete plumbing systems in new builds (rough-in through final trim-out)
• Install sinks, toilets, fresh/grey/black water tanks, water pumps, controls, and related components
• Perform service, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair on all RV plumbing systems
• Work with PEX, PVC, and other common RV plumbing materials
• Collaborate with our electrical and build teams to complete high-quality custom vehicles
• Communicate with customers to explain plumbing features and any repair work Work Environment Relaxed shop with large bays and plenty of fans.

You'll work on a wide range of custom projects from luxury Class B RVs and adventure vans to commercial specialty vehicles. Schedule & Compensation Full-time positions available

Shop Hours:

7:30 AM

• 4:30 PM, Monday

• Friday Pay:

  $20.00
• $30.

00 per hour (based on experience), overtime eligible
