What We're Looking For:

Proven Experience:

Deep knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and a solid comprehension of reading plans, isometrics and submittals.

Leadership Potential:

A desire to mentor junior plumbers and lead projects to completion.

Problem Solvers:

Someone who can walk onto a job site, diagnose the issue, and execute a plan efficiently.

Professionalism:

You'll be the face of our company on construction sites with the ability to professionally communicate with General Contractors.

Responsibilities:

Work as a part of a team on project sites. Perform complex plumbing installations for both new construction and remodeling commercial projects. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts. Adhere to safety protocols, building codes, and project specifications. Ensure all work meets our high standards for quality. Provide mentorship and training to junior plumbers and apprentices in construction plumbing practices. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial construction plumbing. Strong knowledge of schematics reading and blueprint interpretation. Valid driver's license (preferred). Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting plumbing issues efficiently and plumbing system planning. Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments involving ground up new and remodel plumbing commercial construction. This position offers an opportunity for experienced plumbers to lead projects while utilizing their technical expertise across diverse settings.
