Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Plumber Helper and be a vital part of bringing plumbing projects to life! In this energetic role, you'll assist experienced plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems on construction sites. Your hands-on involvement will help ensure projects progress smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Duties Support lead plumbers by preparing materials, tools, and equipment for plumbing tasks on-site Assist with pipe cutting, threading, fitting, and assembly using hand tools and power tools Help install and repair plumbing systems according to blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on the construction site Learn to read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications Support welding tasks when necessary, ensuring proper safety procedures are followed Assist with general handyman tasks such as minor carpentry, remodeling, or maintenance work related to plumbing projects Experience Prior experience working in construction environments or on construction sites is highly preferred Familiarity with construction plumbing techniques and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and schematics is beneficial Knowledge of HVAC systems or previous field service experience can be a plus Basic math skills for measurements and calculations relevant to plumbing installations are necessary Previous experience with welding, carpentry, or remodeling projects will help you excel in this role Demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols and work effectively as part of a team in physically demanding environments This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in construction plumbing while contributing to impactful projects.
