Lakeland, FL (projects across Central Florida & Tampa Bay) • Full-Time, Hourly + OT $30-$40/hr based on experience • Take-home considerations, company phone, and tools support Q&Q is a commercial mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC contractor built from the ground up Because we self-perform all three trades, our plumbers get steadier work and more room to grow than a pure-plumbing shop can offer. We're hiring experienced commercial plumbers ready to do quality work and build a career. What you'll do Install and service commercial plumbing systems to Florida code Work from blueprints and submittals on real commercial projects — distribution centers, hotels, and more Run, cut, and join PVC, CPVC, copper (sweat and ProPress), and cast iron Keep a clean, safe job site and help the crew keep things moving What you bring Hands-on commercial plumbing experience Solid knowledge of Florida plumbing codes, systems, and materials Ability to read blueprints and follow a scope Valid driver's license with a clean record; OSHA training a plus Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, in confined spaces, and in all weather What we offer $30-$40/hr based on experience, plus overtime Company phone and tools support Health, dental, and vision; PTO, paid holidays Real advancement in a growing, company that takes pride in the work
