In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of plumbers and field technicians, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency on construction sites and maintenance projects. Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, and coordinate with other trades to meet project deadlines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence large-scale construction and remodeling projects while maintaining a focus on safety and precision. Duties Lead and supervise plumbing crews, assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code standards Oversee construction plumbing activities including pipe installation, pipe threading, welding, and schematic interpretation Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts in commercial or residential settings Conduct construction estimating for plumbing projects, including material takeoffs and labor calculations Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment, utilizing hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery as needed Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless workflow during night shifts Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues on-site, applying mechanical knowledge to resolve problems quickly and effectively Skills Extensive experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of pipe threading, welding, schematics, and blueprint reading Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and assembly processes in construction environments Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements, estimations, and material ordering Familiarity with carpentry skills relevant to plumbing installation or remodeling projects Strong mechanical aptitude combined with construction estimating skills for accurate project planning Experience with construction site safety protocols and ability to lead by example in maintaining a safe work environment What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Performance-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off & holidays 401(k) with company match after 90 days Join our team as a Plumber if you're passionate about leading skilled tradespeople in challenging environments while delivering top-quality results.
