The ideal candidate will have experience installing plumbing systems on commercial and multi-family construction projects and be able to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards. This position offers steady work, opportunities for advancement, and the chance to be part of a professional team delivering high-quality projects throughout South Florida. Responsibilities Install underground, rough-in, top-out, and finish plumbing systems Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and blueprints Install sanitary, storm, domestic water, and gas piping systems Coordinate work with project managers, superintendents, and other trades Perform pressure testing and inspections as required Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all OSHA and company safety requirements Assist with material management and jobsite organization QualificationsRequired 3+ years of commercial or multi-family construction plumbing experience Ability to read and understand plumbing plans and specifications Experience with PVC, cast iron, copper, PEX, and gas piping systems Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Preferred OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Experience with high-rise or large-scale commercial projects Bilingual (English/Spanish) Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Paid holidays Paid time off Company-provided safety equipment Schedule Monday-Friday Overtime available as needed Why Join MCI Plumbing?
