In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial and residential construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently, contributing to the successful completion of projects. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment on commercial and residential sites. Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks to ensure secure connections and system integrity. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues related to leaks, blockages, or mechanical failures. Assist with remodeling projects by integrating plumbing components into existing structures with precision. Operate heavy lifting equipment safely to move pipes and materials around construction sites. Collaborate with other trades such as carpentry and HVAC technicians to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless integration of systems. Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing, including installation, repair, and maintenance tasks on commercial or residential sites. Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols and ability to work effectively in a physically demanding environment involving heavy lifting. Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing and mechanical systems. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and schematics interpretation. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations. Familiarity with HVAC systems or remodeling projects is a plus. Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred; ability to operate construction vehicles is advantageous.
