Job Summary :

As a Plumber this position would be responsible for managing assigned projects to ensure that projects are completed within established budget, timelines and meet all applicable codes/regulations. The Plumber is responsible for providing direction and training of assigned project staff. Duties include, but are not limited to: Responsible for managing multiple projects and staff in accordance with established project budgets and timelines Read, understand and interpret blueprints Understands and applies all state/local plumbing codes and regulations Represents company at job site meetings and can effectively communicate with other trades, contractors and customers Provide supervision and training of assigned project staff Document all job costs, materials and tasks in accordance with company procedures Maintain equipment, supplies and company vehicle (if supplied) in good working order Ability to work non-standard hours as required by the job or project Performs additional duties as needed Qualifications and Education Requirements• Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience Experience with CPVC and PEX piping systems Possess valid Florida Driver's License with a clean DMV record Work effectively in a team environment
