In this role, you will serve as a key partner in managing construction projects, executing plumbing installations and repairs, and ensuring seamless coordination across various teams. Your mechanical knowledge, hands-on skills, and ability to interpret schematics will drive successful project outcomes while maintaining high safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse construction and remodeling initiatives, supporting the growth and efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities Collaborate with project managers and team members to plan and execute construction and plumbing projects on commercial sites Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately implement project specifications Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely while managing materials and equipment on construction sites Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues related to HVAC systems, piping, and other mechanical components Perform remodeling tasks including carpentry, assembly, and handyman repairs to support project completion Ensure compliance with safety regulations by adhering to construction site protocols and conducting regular safety inspections Skills Extensive experience in construction and construction plumbing practices Proficiency with welding, pipe threading, hand tools, power tools, and schematics interpretation Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and piping infrastructure Ability to read blueprints accurately and translate them into actionable tasks Skilled in remodeling, carpentry, assembly work, and handyman services Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks on construction sites Valid commercial driver's license preferred for site transportation needs Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality standards Join us as a vital partner in delivering top-tier construction solutions!
