Competitive pay based on experience About the Position K-Water is looking for a dependable, hard-working Water Treatment Installer to join our team. This position is responsible for installing residential and light commercial water treatment equipment, including water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, filtration systems, carbon tanks, and related plumbing components. We are looking for someone who takes pride in clean workmanship, shows up on time, communicates well with customers, and can work safely in homes, garages, pump houses, and outdoor job sites. Responsibilities Install water softeners, filtration systems, reverse osmosis systems, and related equipment Perform basic plumbing connections using PVC, PEX, copper, and fittings Load, unload, and transport equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized work area Explain basic system operation to customers after installation Follow company installation standards and job site requirements Complete paperwork, photos, and job notes accurately Communicate with office staff, service managers, and customers Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment Follow all safety procedures Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Basic plumbing knowledge or hands-on installation experience preferred Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight or hot spaces Dependable attendance and punctuality Professional appearance and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to pass background check and/or drug screening if required Water treatment experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Preferred Experience Water softener or filtration installation Plumbing, irrigation, construction, HVAC, or mechanical work Experience using hand tools, power tools, and pipe-cutting tools Knowledge of wells, city water, pressure tanks, or pump systems What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady full-time work Training in water treatment systems and installation standards Opportunity to grow within the company Supportive team environment Company vehicle/tools may be provided depending on position and experience Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is reliable, mechanically inclined, coachable, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time.
