Position Summary We are seeking experienced plumbers to join our team in both New Construction and Service Plumbing roles. Whether you enjoy building plumbing systems from the ground up or diagnosing and solving plumbing issues for homeowners, we have opportunities available. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, team-oriented, and takes pride in their work. ResponsibilitiesNew Construction Plumbers Install plumbing systems in residential new construction homes. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. Install water, waste, and vent systems from rough-in through final trim. Work with materials including PVC, CPVC, PEX, copper, and ProPress systems. Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and company quality standards. Coordinate with builders, supervisors, and other trades on job sites. Service Plumbers Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues. Service water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, drain systems, and water lines. Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations. Troubleshoot plumbing problems efficiently and professionally. Complete service documentation and maintain company standards for customer service. Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area. Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of plumbing experience preferred. Experience in residential new construction, service plumbing, or both. Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift materials and work in varying weather conditions. Plumbing license or certification is a plus but not required.
