Job Description

As s a skilled Plumber (what you will smell like most days), where you'll play a vital role in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across diverse construction projects. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on commercial and residential sites, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality plumbing solutions. Whether you're reading blueprints or handling heavy lifting, your expertise will help bring building visions to life while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment on construction sites. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts. Perform welding and pipe fitting tasks to connect pipes securely in various materials and configurations. Conduct remodeling projects by replacing or upgrading existing plumbing fixtures and systems. Assist with HVAC system components related to plumbing infrastructure and ensure compliance with building codes. Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues, perform pipe threading, and execute repairs efficiently. Lift heavy materials safely while following proper ergonomic practices; operate construction vehicles if licensed. Skills Extensive experience with construction plumbing, including installation and repair techniques. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution. Skilled in welding, pipe threading, and working with various hand tools and power tools. Strong understanding of HVAC systems related to plumbing infrastructure. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on demanding construction sites. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices for commercial plumbing projects. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations; carpentry experience is a plus. Hands-on handyman experience or remodeling background enhances versatility on-site. Up to $565,000.00 per year
