Responsibilities Supervise daily activities of construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within scope. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to align project goals and resolve any onsite issues promptly. Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to maintain a secure working environment. Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to facilitate smooth workflow and identify potential delays early. Manage material deliveries, equipment usage, and inventory to optimize site productivity. Provide clear direction and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated work atmosphere. Document daily progress, safety incidents, and any deviations from plans for accurate reporting. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial construction supervision or foreman roles with a strong understanding of building processes. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members. Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project documentation accurately. Valid driver's license; relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-hour or equivalent are preferred.
