If you're skilled, reliable, and comfortable handling everything from routine repairs to emergency sewer backups, this is a stable, long‑term opportunity with a strong property management team. Key Responsibilities Plumbing or maintenance experience. (multi‑family or commercial preferred) Diagnose and repair plumbing issues , including leaks, clogs, fixture replacements, and water line problems, etc. Respond to sewer backups , overflows, and emergency plumbing situations Maintain and repair water heaters, pumps, valves, and irrigation systems, etc. Perform general property maintenance , when needed, additional trade experience is a plus. Complete work orders efficiently Assist with commercial property repairs as needed Monday

• MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, TRUCK AND TOOLS

• Must be able to work a 40-hour week.
