The ideal candidate will have experience in either service or construction plumbing and be adept at using power tools and reading blueprints (basic) and or plumbing system installations and trouble shooting. This position involves working on various commercial and/or residential sites, ensuring that plumbing systems are installed, repaired, and maintained according to industry standards. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and/or commercial buildings. Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Utilize power tools and hand tools for pipe installation, threading, and repairs. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion on time. Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems Adhere to safety regulations and building codes while working on-site. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding plumbing needs. Requirements Experience in Plumbing Required Basic knowledge reading blueprints and technical drawings related to plumbing systems is a plus Experience using power tools is essential. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently as needed. Must possess a valid work permit, driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites Use of company vehicle would be pending onboarding to company vehicle insurance and following vehicle care policies.
