We are focused on professional service, clean work, strong communication, and long-term plumbing solutions for homeowners, real estate professionals, builders, remodelers, investors, and property managers. We are looking for a dependable, skilled, and professional Plumbing Service Technician who can diagnose plumbing issues, complete quality repairs, communicate clearly with customers, and represent Fix & Flow with integrity. This position is ideal for a certified plumbing professional who takes pride in doing the job right, providing great customer experience, and being part of a growing team. Position Overview The Plumbing Service Technician is responsible for performing residential plumbing service calls, presenting repair options, completing approved work, documenting jobs properly, and maintaining professional customer experience from arrival through completion. This role requires technical plumbing ability, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow company processes. Responsibilities Perform residential plumbing service, repair, replacement, and troubleshooting. Inspect plumbing issues accurately and explain findings to the customer. Present repair and replacement options professionally. Complete approved plumbing work safely, cleanly, and efficiently. Service and repair plumbing fixtures, water lines, drains, toilets, faucets, sinks, garbage disposals, water heaters, shutoff valves, and related systems. Identify larger opportunities such as water heater replacements, sewer/drain issues, repipes, gas line needs, fixture upgrades, and inspection report repairs. Communicate clearly with dispatch, operations, and customers throughout the job. Update job status properly throughout the day. Upload clear photos and detailed notes for every job. Complete invoices accurately. Collect payment according to company policy. Maintain a clean work area and respect the customer's home. Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory. Follow all company safety standards and plumbing codes. Represent Fix & Flow professionally at all times. Requirements Must have residential plumbing service experience. Must be able to pass a drug test. Must be able to pass a background check. Must have a valid driver's license with a clean or acceptable driving record. Must be able to communicate professionally with customers. Must be able to diagnose and complete common residential plumbing repairs. Must be comfortable using a tablet, phone, or field service software. Must be dependable, punctual, and organized. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to lift, carry, climb, crawl, kneel, and work in typical plumbing service conditions. Preferred Experience Residential service plumbing experience. Water heater repair and replacement. Drain and sewer experience. Fixture repair and replacement. Gas line experience. Leak detection and repair. Repipe experience. Real estate inspection repair experience. ServiceTitan or similar field service software experience. Experience presenting repair options to customers. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Takes pride in quality work. Compensation Compensation is based on experience, skill level, and performance.
Potential compensation may include:

Schedule Full-time position. Typical business hours with some flexibility required based on customer needs, emergency calls, and daily schedule demands. Some after-hours, weekend, or on-call work may be required depending on company needs.
