Plumber 510 Industrial Park Rd, Baldwin, GA 30511 From $23 an hour From $23 an hour We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for new installation of plumbing and piping systems in modular restrooms utilizing either traditional gravity toilets, macerator toilets, or vacuum toilets. You will also be responsible for piping for the supportive tank systems that support these restrooms which include both clean and wastewater tanks. Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing plumbing issues, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and heating systems, along with the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. You will work closely with other tradespeople to ensure the timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The successful candidate could also engage with customers directly to explain plumbing issues and solutions, thus requiring excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Installation of new plumbing and piping systems and restroom fixtures in modular restrooms and supportive tank box systems. Ensure all plumbing work complies with state and local regulations and codes. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine plumbing requirements. Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems for proper functioning and safety. Requirements Journeyman Plumber License and/or Master Plumber License preferred. 7 + years of proven experience as a plumber (residential, commercial, or industrial) In-depth knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints. Excellent physical condition and strength, with the ability to lift heavy materials and tools. Effective communication and people skills to interact with coworkers. Experience with Schedule 40 required, Schedule 80 preferred Experience with Pipe Fitting preferred.
