Job Description

Job Title:
Plumbing Trainer Pay:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour (based on experience) Position Summary High Priority Plumbing is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Plumbing Trainer to train and develop new and existing plumbing technicians. This role will focus on improving technical skills, customer service, operational consistency, and overall technician performance through hands-on field training and coaching. Responsibilities Train and onboard plumbing technicians on company procedures and service standards Conduct ride-alongs and hands-on field coaching Ensure proper job documentation, notes, materials, and customer communication Support technician growth in diagnosis, repairs, estimating, and workflow processes Identify training opportunities and provide performance feedback Assist leadership in reducing recalls and improving quality and efficiency Taking on call responsibilities once a month
Qualifications Required:
Active plumbing license Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience Strong communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license
Preferred:
Experience with ServiceTitan Experience working with home warranty companies Previous training, coaching, or leadership experience
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
