We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Master Plumber to join our team and become the qualifying plumber for Bray Electrical. In this role, you will help build and lead our residential plumbing service depoartment from scratch. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience in a fast-paced environment that values craftsmanship and professionalism. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential settings. Conduct service calls, provide estimates, perform troubleshooting and meet monthly revenue targets. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to coordinate work on construction sites. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Valid license as a Master Plumber with extensive field service experience. Proven residential service experience with a strong understanding of residential plumbing systems. Proficiency in using service software such as ServiceTitan, Jobber or similar apps. Knowledge of construction estimating practices including material takeoffs and cost calculations. Experience with remodeling, maintenance projects, or handyman tasks is a plus. Valid driver's license with the ability to operate commercial vehicles if required.
