This position will focus on tenant improvement and special projects. The position comes with a company vehicle, including a gas card, cell phone, and tablet . Responsibilities Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, schematics, and specifications to plan and execute plumbing layouts for water supply, waste disposal, and plumbing systems. Ability to cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes precisely while considering existing infrastructure. Experience roughing in water, waste, and vent piping using cast iron, copper pipe, CPVC, galvanized, PEX, and PVC. Skilled in cutting, threading, and soldering pipes as necessary, including using an acetylene torch. Competency in using plumbing tools and equipment safely. Installation, repair, and maintenance expertise with all plumbing fixtures. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify necessary repairs or replacements for operational plumbing systems and fixtures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with customers, vendors, co-workers, and fellow plumbers, displaying patience and friendliness. Physical fitness and strength to work comfortably in confined or awkward spaces.

Plumbing:

5+years preferred Basic Requirements Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
