Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Plumber Technician and become a vital part of delivering top-tier plumbing solutions across commercial and residential construction sites. In this energetic role, you will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality at every step. Your mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills will drive successful project completion, contributing to the smooth operation of building infrastructure. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in construction plumbing while working on diverse projects that challenge and inspire. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment in accordance with blueprints and schematics Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation and troubleshooting Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks to connect pipes securely and efficiently on-site Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues early and execute repairs promptly Assist with remodeling projects by integrating plumbing components seamlessly into existing structures Operate heavy lifting equipment and perform manual labor involving heavy lifting to move materials safely around the construction site Collaborate with team members on site to ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and project timelines Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and materials Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding tools Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and general building infrastructure Experience with construction site operations including remodeling, assembly, and handyman tasks Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks safely Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred for site transportation needs Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting plumbing issues Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites and plumbing work Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible impact!
