Commercial New plumbing and mechanical systems installation New construction and some renovation work Demo work of existing plumbing systems when necessary Install different piping systems using various materials such as service-weight cast iron, PVC sanitarydomestic water systems, acid waste, no-hub cast iron Sweatpro-press copper systems, groove piping systems of copper, stainless steel, and carbon steelfusion piping systems Installation of sanitary, grease waste, indirect/special waste, storm, venting systems, domestic water, plumbing fixtures, and equipment read drawings, specs, schematics and provide crew management Crew layout for up to 6 people Ray and Son Heating and Air Conditioning | GA Locally owned and operated since 1965. Qualifications:

4 + years of commercial plumbing experience Mechanical experience A valid plumbing license

• Desired Medical gas certification
• Desired Can lift and carry up to 50lbs Owns all hand tools (power tools provided by R&S) Willing to work on lifts or scaffolds as needed Encourages the "next generation" and easily shares their knowledge and skills A boiler class 3 certification
• Desired OSHA 10 training certification or higher
