What You'll Be Doing You'll be running residential plumbing service calls and helping homeowners solve problems professionally and confidently.

Typical work includes:

Water heater repairs & replacements Toilet repairs & installations Pressure reducing valves (PRVs) Sewer and water line troubleshooting Leak diagnostics Basic residential plumbing repairs Customer education and communication Building repair options and presenting solutions Processing payments and using company software Delivering excellent customer service You don't need to know everything on Day 1. But you do need to be willing to learn, improve, and follow systems.

What We're Looking ForRequired:

Some residential plumbing experience Clean driving record Clean background Drug-free Good communication skills Professional appearance and attitude Team player with no ego Coachable and accountable Strong work ethic and excellent character

Preferred:

Experience using ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar software Experience running residential service calls Familiarity with flat-rate pricing Ability to diagnose basic plumbing issues independently Our Training & Growth Program If you already have experience and can run calls, we can get you moving quickly.

Our onboarding process includes:

Ride-alongs Hands-on field training Sales and communication systems Service call processes Accountability and performance coaching Most technicians are expected to be fully operating within our system in approximately 30-60 days. Van:

• $25 hour + performance pay-Depending on experience Earn 10% commission on weekly sales over $7,500 This is an hourly PLUS commission position.
