If you take pride in building high-quality systems from the ground up and enjoy working on large-scale commercial projects, we want to talk with you. Our construction team works on a wide range of commercial projects across the Des Moines area, handling everything from underground piping to full system installs. We provide steady work, strong leadership, and the tools you need to succeed. What You'll Do Install commercial plumbing systems on new construction projects Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and specifications Lay out and install piping systems including copper, cast iron, PVC/CPVC, and gas lines Perform underground and above-ground rough-ins and final trim work Install supports, fixtures, and plumbing components Collaborate with general contractors and other trades on job sites Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and project requirements Assist with material planning and job site preparation Train and mentor apprentices and helpers Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site What We Offer $30/HR + , based on experience Affordable medical, dental, and vision plans 401(k) with company match Short- and long-term disability plans Paid parental leave (including paternity) 6 paid holidays + paid time off (PTO) Company-provided equipment, uniforms, and a fully stocked vehicle What You Bring 3+ years of commercial construction plumbing experience Experience with new construction, rough-ins, and system installs Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications Strong understanding of plumbing systems and materials Journeyman license preferred (not required) Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or on a team Valid driver's license with a good driving record Why Work Here?
