Journeyman Plumber: Relocate to Montana

Hourly position starting at $42 per hour, up to $47 per hour for highly qualified candidates

Position Description:

The Journeyman Plumber position has many responsibilities at Campbells. Those responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide professional, high quality new construction installation for residential and commercial customers. Very limited On-Call requirements for this role
• Form and foster long-term customer & contractor relationships.
• Train and develop employees from laborers into Apprentices through Journeyman.
• Understand and achieve sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Perform contracted work within the defined scope.

Communicate and work with estimators and managers when the work scope has changed. People who are successful in this role are proficient in Universal Plumbing Code (UPC), new construction layout and installation, and engage effectively with contractors and customers. They are strong communicators, are self-motivated, "fire in your belly" types who invest in their career by increasing their technical knowledge. They thrive in team-based environments. You will have a dedicated management team who schedules work, manages billing and accounts receivable, and communicates your daily work requirements. This person needs to be eager to learn, an able problem solver, and set high expectations for their team. Qualifications:

To do well as a Journeyman at Campbells, individuals must possess the following skills, attributes, and qualifications: Montana Journeyman Plumber License or a Plumbing License from a reciprocal state. Communication
