Team Events & Company Gatherings Strong Leadership Support Performance Recognition Programs Professional Work Environment Family-Oriented Culture Clear Career Paths Stable Workload Throughout the Year The Role As a Plumbing Installer, you will be responsible for installing residential plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters, water treatment equipment, and piping systems safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards. You will work directly with homeowners, installation teams, and support staff to ensure every project is completed with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail. Your work directly impacts customer comfort, safety, and satisfaction, making this one of the most important roles within our company. Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation Excellence Install water heaters, tankless water heaters, water softeners, filtration systems, and plumbing fixtures Install water supply, drain, waste, and vent piping systems Perform plumbing remodel and replacement installations Remove and replace existing plumbing equipment safely and efficiently Ensure all installations meet local plumbing codes and Ultimate quality standards Test systems to ensure proper functionality and leak-free operation Technical Skills Read and interpret blueprints, plumbing schematics, and installation drawings Measure, cut, thread, and assemble piping systems Install and connect plumbing fixtures and appliances Troubleshoot installation challenges and make necessary adjustments Maintain knowledge of current plumbing technologies and installation best practices Customer Experience Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times Communicate effectively with homeowners throughout the installation process Educate customers on system operation and maintenance Respect customer homes and property Ensure a clean work area before, during, and after installation Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every project Safety & Accountability Follow all company safety policies and procedures Maintain proper care of company tools, equipment, and vehicles Complete installation documentation accurately and timely Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings Maintain a clean and organized work environment Team Collaboration Work closely with Lead Installers and Plumbing Managers Assist team members as needed to complete projects efficiently Support company goals and department initiatives Contribute to a positive team culture What We're Looking ForRequirements 21+ years old Valid Driver's License with insurable driving record Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR Minimum 1-3 years plumbing installation experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment Ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, trenches, and outdoor environments Ability to work overtime when needed Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications Residential Plumbing Installation Experience Water Heater Installation Experience Tankless Water Heater Experience Water Treatment Installation Experience Plumbing Apprentice Card or Journeyman License (if applicable) ServiceTitan Experience Experience with PEX, Copper, PVC, ABS, and Gas Piping Systems Why Ultimate?
