Lead Plumbing Journeyman - Comfort Heating, Cooling, ElectricalPlumbing (Post Falls, ID) Join a locally owned and operated company that's been keeping families comfortable for over 30 years. CompensationBenefits Competitive Pay:
$35-$52 per hour (DOE)
Medical Coverage:
90% employer-paid 401(k): 3% company match
Paid Time Off:
One Week (available after 90 days)
Paid Holidays:
6 annually

Performance-based spiffs and bonuses What You'll Do Lead and manage residential plumbing projects from start to finish Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment Oversee and mentor apprentice plumbers-developing their skills and confidence Ensure all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and local codes Diagnose issues and provide effective, long-term solutions Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service Communicate job progress and any issues clearly with management What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record Idaho Journeyman Plumbing License (or ability to obtain) Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience (residential preferred) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Proven leadership and team management ability Excellent communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ready to Take the Lead?
