Position Summary We are seeking a Licensed Plumbing Installer to join our field team. This position is ideal for a skilled plumber who can work independently, execute installations to a high standard, and contribute positively to team performance. The role includes both hands-on installation work and leadership through example, including support and training of junior team members. Key Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial plumbing installations and repairs Complete service-based work, fixture installations, and system upgrades Execute plumbing scopes for renovation and new construction projects Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and job specifications Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards Diagnose issues and implement efficient, long-term solutions Maintain clear communication with customers, project managers, and team members Support training and development of apprentices and junior installers Maintain a clean, organized job site, tools, and company vehicle Required Qualifications Active plumbing license (required) Proven experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing installation Ability to work independently and manage job responsibilities efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Professional demeanor and positive, team-oriented attitude Willingness to assist in training and mentoring team members Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Physically capable of performing the duties of the role Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base pay providing income stability Performance-based efficiency bonus rewarding productivity, quality, and job performance Steady, year-round work Opportunities for advancement into lead installer or supervisory roles Supportive, professional work environment focused on excellence Our Standards Restore Plumbing holds its team to high professional and workmanship standards.
