Aqua Pool & Spa Pros is seeking reliable and skilled Spa Technicians to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential hot tubs to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with spa systems, including pumps, heaters, plumbing, and electrical components Perform repairs and part replacements as needed to restore proper functionality Conduct leak detection and complete necessary leak repairs Provide drain, cleaning, and refill services for spas and hot tubs Perform routine weekly maintenance, including chemical testing and balancing Inspect equipment for potential issues and recommend preventative maintenance Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers about work performed Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures

Qualifications:

Prior experience in spa, pool, or related mechanical repair work preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and water chemistry (Training Provided) Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work outdoors in various weather conditions
