Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems Perform drain cleaning, installations, and system upgrades Build strong customer relationships through trust and education Clearly explain issues, solutions, and options to homeowners Recommend long-term solutions, maintenance plans, and upgrades Work alongside dispatch and customer service for seamless execution Maintain a clean, organized job site and stocked truck Mentor apprentices and help develop the next generation What We're Looking For Licensed Plumber (required) Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices Experience with soldering, pipe threading, fixture installs, and gas work Clean, safe driving record Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized with strong follow-through Team player with a competitive, growth-driven mindset Why Leslie?
