We are seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Plumber to join our field team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues, performing high-quality installations and repairs, and ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You Will Do:

Diagnose, repair, and service residential plumbing systems and equipment Perform plumbing inspections and troubleshoot issues efficiently Install, maintain, and repair water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, sump pumps, sewer lines, and other residential plumbing systems Communicate findings and recommended solutions clearly with homeowners Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism in customers' homes Complete service calls accurately and in a timely manner Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle Follow all local plumbing codes and safety regulations Collaborate with dispatch and management to ensure a smooth customer experience What You Will bring: Active State of Illinois Plumbing License required 4+ residential service plumbing experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment as needed Professional appearance and positive attitude Experience using tablets or mobile dispatch software is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening.
