Job Description

Parr's Enterprises is looking for an experienced, dependable Certified Plumber to join our growing team. We work in residential and commercial plumbing, sewer, water service, wells, septic systems, and excavation. We are looking for someone who can work independently, troubleshoot problems efficiently, communicate professionally with customers, and take pride in doing quality work the right way the first time.
Responsibilities:
Residential and commercial plumbing service, repair, and installation Sewer, drain, water, and gas line installation and repair Water heater installation, diagnostics, and repair Troubleshooting plumbing, drainage, and water system issues Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications Working alongside excavation crews on underground utility installations and repairs Operating plumbing equipment, drain cleaning machines, cameras, locating equipment, and hand/power tools Ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally, and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations Maintaining accurate job documentation, material lists, photos, and service reports Communicating clearly and professionally with customers, office staff, inspectors, and team members Maintaining a clean, organized, and properly stocked work vehicle Assisting with training and mentoring apprentices or helpers when needed Participating in an on-call rotation and occasional after-hours emergency service, if required Representing Parr's Enterprises in a professional manner at all times
Requirements:
Active plumbing license/certification preferred Strong plumbing knowledge and field experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver's license required Clean background check required Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical work daily Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Experience with sewer, water, well, or excavation work is a plus
