Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate plumbing service projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, codes, and quality standards Lead, train, and motivate a team of plumbers, apprentices, and field technicians to deliver exceptional service on every job Develop detailed construction estimates for plumbing projects, including labor, materials, and equipment costs Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing installations and repairs Manage construction site activities, including pipe threading, assembly, remodeling tasks, and heavy lifting operations Oversee inventory of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other necessary materials for efficient project execution Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, safety inspections, compliance reports, and project timelines Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and project delivery Requirements Journeyman Plumbing License Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of mechanical systems such as HVAC and schematics reading Skilled in construction estimating, blueprint reading, pipe threading, welding, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks Familiarity with field service operations including heavy lifting, assembly work, remodeling projects, and handyman tasks Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently on construction sites Knowledge of construction site safety regulations and best practices for working at heights or in confined spaces Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred for transporting equipment or materials as needed Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to piping systems or project estimates Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously Join us in delivering outstanding plumbing solutions that enhance building performance while fostering a safe and productive work environment.
