We are looking for a dependable professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures Perform service calls, maintenance, and plumbing inspections Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions Install and repair water heaters, faucets, sinks, toilets, disposals, and other plumbing fixtures Perform drain cleaning and sewer-related services as needed Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with homeowners Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional appearance Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner Follow all company safety procedures and local plumbing codes Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment Qualifications Previous residential plumbing experience required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and installation procedures Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong work ethic, initiative, and a positive can-do attitude Highly organized and detail-oriented Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass background screening and drug testing if required Preferred Qualifications Plumbing license Experience with residential service and repair sales Experience working with mobile dispatch or field service software Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level Consistent year-round work Company vehicle for qualified candidates Opportunities for advancement and professional growth Supportive team environment Ongoing training and development Benefits package available Join PG Home Services and become part of a team that values quality workmanship, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
