Role :

Service Plumber Pay :

$27-$38 Hourly + Spiffs for services/products sold

Schedule:

Monday- Friday, overtime as needed

Responsibilities:

Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related in-home service calls. Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services. Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans. Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure overall success of the business. Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck. Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals. Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business. Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats. Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations. time

Required Qualifications:

3+ years experience in residential or light commercial installation, repair, and service of sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, plumbing fixtures, and water filtration systems. 3+ years experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing plumbing equipment/issues. Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in tight or elevated spaces. Capable of working in various weather conditions and environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
