Known for quality workmanship and high standards, they handle projects from the ground up and take pride in exceeding code requirements. Their team values experience, leadership, and doing things the right way. Responsibilities Read, interpret, and follow plans, specifications, and piping isometric drawings. Perform commercial plumbing installation and service work. Install piping systems including PVC, hangers, fixtures, and other systems per code. Troubleshoot and resolve piping and installation challenges. Order and manage project materials. Follow all safety protocols; OSHA 10 or 30 preferred (company can help obtain). Delegate tasks, instruct, and train junior team members as needed. Collaborate with other trades when required. Requirements Licensed Plumber (preferred, not required based on experience). Installer + service experience preferred. Commercial plumbing experience required. Pipefitting experience is a bonus , not required. 6+ years' experience is a bonus , not required. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (company can support training). Valid driver's license. Ability to read and interpret piping diagrams and plans. Must comply with company's drug and alcohol policy. Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. Compensation & Benefits Up to $50/hr with performance bonuses. High earning potential with strong bonuses. Company-provided insurance .
