This energetic position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work safely in fast-paced environments. As an Industrial Plumber, you will collaborate with construction crews, interpret blueprints, and utilize a variety of tools to deliver high-quality plumbing solutions that meet project specifications and safety standards. Duties Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation of pipes, fixtures, and related components. Perform welding and cutting tasks as needed for pipe fitting and system modifications. Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support construction activities. Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC specialists, and other trades to coordinate remodeling or construction projects. Use basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout work on-site. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials responsibly. Requirements Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing codes and safety regulations. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately. Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, schematics interpretation, and pipe installation techniques. Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety protocols and heavy lifting procedures. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout planning. Familiarity with remodeling projects, assembly work, handyman tasks, and general construction practices. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred for site transportation needs.
