Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial remodels to new construction, utilizing your technical knowledge and hands-on skills to deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliance. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts. Use hand tools and power tools effectively to cut, thread, assemble, and install piping systems. Perform welding and pipe threading tasks to connect metal pipes securely and efficiently. Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing activities with other trades such as carpentry and HVAC. Conduct inspections to ensure plumbing installations meet building codes, safety standards, and project specifications. Assist with remodeling projects by replacing or upgrading existing plumbing infrastructure as needed. Skills Extensive experience in construction plumbing and general construction work. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing systems. Strong mechanical knowledge of piping systems, HVAC integration, and schematic interpretation. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on busy construction sites. Knowledge of basic math for measurements, calculations, and layout work. Familiarity with carpentry techniques relevant to plumbing installation and remodeling projects. Handyman experience or background in assembly and remodeling is advantageous. Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
