Journeyman Plumber

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

These duties are not listed in any order of priority but will be weighted for performance management purposes. Promote safety as the core value at TATRO. Perform accurate work in the time frame assigned. Read and follow blueprints. Perform rough-in and installations. Delegate work and run a crew. Provide guidance and direction to apprentices/helpers. Ensure client satisfaction and quality consistent with TATRO standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment. Knowledge of construction Industry. Basic mathematical problem solving. HVAC knowledge is a plus but not necessary. Basic computer/ tablet skills, including Microsoft Office products and email services Journeyman's License is required Valid Driver's License. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. Must be willing to travel when needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Occasional lifting up to 50lbs Ability to twist, bend, squat, kneel, overhead work, and stand for long periods of time as needed.
