Plumber Qualified Party

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings
• Assemble and install pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures based on job requirements
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and functionality of plumbing systems
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide timely solutions

Experience:

• Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
• Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use power tools and other equipment relevant to the trade
• Experience in remodeling projects is a plus

Skills:

• Proficient in various plumbing techniques, including soldering, welding, and pipe threading
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and other team members
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
