Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master Plumber to lead and execute complex plumbing projects across commercial and residential sites. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work meets safety standards, building codes, and client specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your extensive mechanical knowledge and construction experience to deliver top-quality results on diverse projects. Responsibilities Lead the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems on construction sites, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and building codes Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans Perform construction estimating to determine materials, labor, and time requirements for projects Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and other specialized mechanical tools efficiently Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor as needed to install pipes, fixtures, and related components in various environments Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and field teams to coordinate tasks and ensure timely project completion Troubleshoot plumbing issues on-site using mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills; perform repairs or modifications as necessary Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and inspections conducted for quality assurance Assist with remodeling, maintenance tasks, and general handyman duties to support ongoing project needs Skills Extensive experience in commercial plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety standards Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings Skilled in construction estimating, pipe threading, welding, and the use of hand tools and power tools Knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical systems integration, and basic math for measurements and calculations Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper technique Familiarity with carpentry skills relevant to plumbing installation or adjustments Valid driver's license required for site travel Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on dynamic job sites Field service experience that emphasizes customer satisfaction and quality workmanship
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
