Job Description
Since opening our doors in 1971, homeowners in the Central Kentucky area have trusted Fayette Heating and Cooling with all of their heating, air conditioning, and electrical needs. H2O Maestro was established in 2009, as the plumbing division of Fayette Heating & Air. With over 50+ years of combined experience, our company remains committed to providing a quality product to our clients with integrity and outstanding plumbing service. We are growing in the Bowling Green Market! We are currently seeking skilled New Construction Licensed Plumbers to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful completion of our projects.
Role:
New Construction Plumber Pay Range :
$25.00- $30.00/hr for PTO, training, and holidays + Pay Per Piece Commission Plan
- $65,000
- 130,000 total compensation.
Responsibilities:
Read blueprints and layouts to understand the proper position of pipelines Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in new construction projects from ground work to finish. Estimate the potential cost of the repair or installation. Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals. Coordinate with other team members to ensure the efficient and timely completion of plumbing tasks. Keep a record of all the material used in the work. Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems. Ensure all work meets building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices.Requirements:
Valid Kentucky Journeyman Plumber License Proven experience as a plumber, particularly in new construction projects Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in new construction Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to new construction plumbing Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team and individually as required Exceptional knowledge of water heaters and ventilation systemsBenefits:
