LEAD PLUMBER

Salary:

$16-$40/hr based on experience

Responsibilities:

Perform Plumbing Installations and service work Supervise plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards Coordinate and manage a team of plumber and subcontractors, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow Conduct on-site inspections to assess project progress and compliance with plumbing codes and regulations Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to ensure project success Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and guidelines Provide training and mentorship to junior plumbers, contributing to their skill development

Requirements:

Proven experience as a skilled plumber, with a minimum of 8 years in plumbing work Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in tackling challenging plumbing situations Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and subcontractors Valid plumbing license/certificate in accordance with local regulations Ability to operate company vehicles and a clean driving record
