Pay Structure:
Up to $38 hourly, competitive commissions, spiffs & unlimited pay potential. Offering a $2,500 Bonus (Based on Experience)! •Current valid Kentucky Journeyman License Holders are granted a Bonus paid out through the first year! The Role:
Journeyman Plumber Plumbing Repairs:
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, broken pipes, drain cleaning, and faulty fixtures.
Service Calls:
Conduct service calls for emergency plumbing needs, assessing and resolving issues on-site.
Installation:
Install plumbing systems, water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures as needed.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and plumbing regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Customer Service:
Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of services performed and ensuring client satisfaction.
Documentation:
Accurately complete service reports, estimates, and invoices.
Required Experience:
Active Journeyman's License 2+ years of experience in residential plumbing service Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds, work in various weather conditions, and enter confined spaces as needed. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite and tools Preferred experience Intermediate knowledge/use of industry standard software (I.E Service Titan, or other related systems)
