Job Responsibilities:

Perform plumbing repairs and installations in apartments and common areas Troubleshoot and resolve leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues Maintain water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems Work with the maintenance team to ensure resident satisfaction Respond to emergency plumbing issues as needed Qualifications Experience in plumbing (residential or commercial) required Ability to diagnose and repair plumbing issues efficiently Strong customer service and communication skills Must have reliable transportation and basic tools Knowledge of local plumbing codes a plus Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
